The words which we choose to convey out our message to the other party via, the internet media such as e-mails, online chat messenger like MSN and Yahoo and, spoken words are very important.
If we choose the wrong kind of words, we can cause the message to be misintepreted and worse still, cause unnecessary misunderstanding. Can there be anyway as to solve all these, as one may wonder.

Reason: The person can see that you are sincere in apologising and does not bear any grudges or trying to push the blame to him/her.
