Feelings Of Deep Thought
We all have feelings for everything we do, yes, EVERYTHING we do. It is just that we do not realise it.
A simple example: You are sitting down dazing into space and not thinking of anything at all to relax your mind. Well, you do think that you are not feeling anything as your mind is empty and you are not bothered by anything.
Yes, that's right! The feeling of not being bothered by anything is a feeling. An emotional thought. Being living things in the food chain with the ability to get angry, sad, happy and fear are part and parcel of being part of the food chain.
We cannot escape any emotions throughout the year. Can anyone who is reading this tell me if he/she will not feel upset by anything or any event or someone he/she know the whole year, 365days, or, 366days if it is a leap year?
Getting back to my title. Feelings of deep thought is something like meditation but, it is NOT meditation. This is just sitting down alone in a quiet environment and thinking deep into each and every aspect of your life, from your daily routine to your work and/or studies. While thinking, feel the whole emotions of the event.
If you did feel upset at that point, feel it again but after that, when you are at the end of the thinking process of the event, think of how you can improve on the event if it ever comes your way again, be it in action or speech.
Hopefully those who stay long enough to finish reading this blog entry has gained something from it. Maybe you might have done the same thing before but then due to work or studies or family commitment, you do not have the time to do this again.
Try it once again! Do it when you can squeeze the time out.
