The best week since I was posted to Air Force
On Monday, it was the eve of National Day, 8 Aug. Was home quite late, around 7pm to be exact but, it does not matter as I knew tt the next day would be National Day and I was really praying tt I din haf 2 go back 2 do duty. Went to my old sec sch classmate's,Ying Yun, 21st birthday chalet @ ECP Costa Sands. Saw someone who I thought I will not meet liao but, did not talk to her though due to some events in the past.
Met some friends who I've never seen for a long while and we updated each other about our lives and what we have been doing. Reminising about the old times in sec sch and how we wished tt sometimes, we were still back in sec sch though haha.. but, time flies and those times were going to be memories and nice memories and bad ones also have.
On National Day, heng ah! I dun nid 2 go back to base! Phew! Can meet my friends they all to celebrate our friend's, Shinyi, birthday. Met them @ the hawker bus stop @ 12pm and we went to Orchard's Party World to "kill ducks kill chickens" in the KTV haha... All of the aspiring Superstar wannabes singing songs till ard 5pm. Sang till our throats almost became hoarse. Mine did though.
After the KTV session, we went for window shopping for a while before heading to Suntec City to have our dinna. After the dinner, we proceeded to the overhead bridge near the dunno wat highway to watch the fireworks. Waa... 1st time since i was in pri 1 tt I watched the fireworks on National Day outside my home area xia. Very nice and this yr's one better than the previous years. I not too sure about the parade though as I din watch the parade man! As for the fly past, well, watched it tt time with this same group of friends when we were @ Marina Bay eating streamboat. The display this year oso much much better than last yr's one.
What I like especially about this yr's fireworks is that there are stars type of fireworks man! Waa!!!! Now fireworks oso got pattern which are getting more interesting than before.
Hope that this wonderful memory will not be the onli one though. Looking forward to the next outing with my friends.
