MC Day to think abt alot of stuff while Recovering

Today, I was on MC due to diarrhoea and stomach bloating, acute pain in the abdominal area. Went to visit my private doctor last nite though. Hmm... Got a day MC for today to rest. While I was resting today, a few thoughts went over my mind as I was lying down in bed after taking my medicine. Mind you man, there were a total of 3 types of medicine to take and none tasted nice.

The 1st thought that I had: Am I spiralling downhill after BMT? Just when I was more matured after BMT in my thoughts, behaving more like an adult, it seems like when I am now a stay out personnel due to the lack of stay in facilities in the base, I seem to become more childish than many of my peers in some senses. This really needs to be addressed very quickly and swiftly. If not, there will be endless comments on how I am behaving as a person which I have been hearing alot since sec 4. Hmm.... Really serious food for thought. Action speaks louder than words for this so I shall not elaborate more on this thought.

2nd thought: Proper downloading of stuff and what is termed "correct" downloading. There are things which we download that is not only detrimental to our mental health, it can also affect our social life. An example is obessive downloading of pornographic stuff from the internet. Not only is this bad for our mental health, it is also ILLEGAL man! Why want to risk so many things like fines, being looked at by people you know with prejudged eyes? This will seriously and most certainly affect you as a person in the long run.

3rd thought: Taking care of our health. I have mentioned about health being of utmost importance in one of my previous blog entries, "Health is of utmost importance", and I will continue to stress that it is INDEED IMPORTANT!!! Due to the recent rise in dengue cases, with today's cases being higher than yesterday's. Does this mean that the mosquitoes are evolving faster than what we can come out with to keep them in check? No matter wat the excuses are, as long as we give them one less place to breed, this in the long run will benefit us too as there will be lesser Aedes mosquitoes to bite us.

Alright, I shall leave the last thought in you, the reader's mind to do what is necessary to protect your family's and your health.
