Enough of things
Recently, I have come to the point of being insulted at, verbally abused at, given sarcastic remarks all the time on my speech at the base and in the squadron. This is really taking a toil on my mental health and I am contempting whether to go right up to the highest management.
The difference between jokes and taunting is only one thin line in between to separate these two. When jokes become overdone, it can lead to taunting. I honestly and seriously am contempting whether to boycott going out, which luckily I never did with any of my batch boys and, to stop playing soccer totally with them too, whether it is with the NSFs or the regulars.
When a person gets pissed off and pushed to the wall one too many times, it causes that person to do drastic actions and things that can be unthinkable.
Since I dun fit into the type of people and the kind of culture that this country has and I dun have the value of what everyone term as Asian man, that is, to be quiet and talk as little as possible, which unfortunately for me, I am a total opposite from the norm and therefore has always been taunted and put down all the time.
Just because that I am different from people, abit not physically but characteristics wise, does that mean that it gives people the chance to put me down for their own pleasure and enjoyment? It seems that civilisation serves as a purpose for Mankind to put down his own kind if one does not conform to the behavior that is deemed "acceptable" by society.
Never mind if whoever reads this thinks I am writing garbage, nonsense or thinks that this is another chance for him/them to input some more sarcastic remarks to me again tomorrow or in the near future. I do not care. It is because there are only less than 5 people who I deem as friends in the squadron. The rest, I am sorry to say, I dun even think you are my friend just as you dun think I am your friend.
A quiet person or someone who does not want to argue back is not a weakling or what. It is pointless or even meaningless to swop myself down to the kind of level that you guys are.
Time to do what I am supposed to do.
