RSAF Open House(Part 5): Transport Aircrafts
There are two main types of transport aircrafts used by the RSAF. Chiefly, they are the C-130 transport plane, which is also used as a refuelling plane and to drop the paratroopers, and, the Chinook helicopter to transport men and vehicles. By the way, the Chinook has flown the Singapore National Flag on National Day for a long period of time on Aug 9 annually.
