Is it real or is it just our thought?
Recently, whenever I take public transport, while listening to the songs playing through on my Creative Neeon, I always got this thought. What is the thought lei... Let me share with you guys in the next few paragraphs.
There are times we will feel down, I am no exception too, but, sometimes, is it what is the real thing or is it just our own imagination running wild, thinking and conjuring up things and situations, unforseen problems which sometimes, or rather, most times, do not come true.
It can also be due to the fact of our past experiences which can be the huge, maybe the biggest, barrier which we have to overcome.
Is it real or is it not real? Thinking of it and having a solution or a final decision what to do helps, BUT, if during the thinking process, we make ourselves more miserable and depressed, then, it is better not to go and bother about it liao. Why do we want to make ourselves miserable when we can be happier in life?
The power of our thought process is such that we can make ourselves happy and we can also make ourselves depressed without influence from external factors.
Which side of the fence do you want to be at?(I know this line is v clinque) You can feel depressed and upset but, let me please try to bring you, the reader, to this reality in life: The world will not stop its orbit around the Sun. Every person you pass by still will go on it life. To each his/her own, you may think your problem is bigger than anything in life but, when you have calmed down, it is not so bad after all.
Are we really so down and out just because of one emotional problem? Think about this: Have you not have any friend/relative who is much more worse off than you but is still surviving well enough?
All in all, I like to give you this as food for thought: Do we control our mind (the thought process) or do the mind control us?
