Why so many singles??!!
There are a couple of reasons why there are so many singles out there. There have been a debate in the papers, on the streets and even the government people, most notably the PM, also now got a leg into it too.
Ask anyone you know and they have their own set of ideas why there are so many singles out there and dare I say, among my air force friends too.
The following reasons are what little me can think of why there are so many out there who just do not want to get hitched or just find it hard to get hitched. Read on.
1) Saving for the BEST person. God knows who is the BEST person
2) Wanting the MR/MS PERFECT in EVERYTHING and not being able to accept EVEN one flaw in the person
3) Too embedded into the "single" mode and dare not venture and try to be in a relationship as it means giving your FREEDOM up and having to care and give concern to the other party.
4) Not being proactive enough
5) Not having enough chances even if proactive due to the other party having reason 1) and 2) when the proactive meets a potential
6) Not being given a chance
7) Trying hard enough but just SUAY SUAY SUAY!!! (unlucky in Hokkien)
8) Hurt in a past relationship or a few so badly that there is no more confidence left within to try a new one even when the chances are there and the new person is MUCH BETTER.
9) Being rejected one too many times and same reasoning as the above, 8).
All these are the reasons which resonate within either me or someone. Maybe you can identify with one or 2 reasons on your side too ya if you are still single.
Honestly speaking, as human beings, who doesn't crave for someone who will care for us, show concern for us and love us UNCONDITIONALLY apart from our immediate family members.
Those who think this whole blog entry is BULLSHIT, good luck to you as it just proves that you are just as ASSHOLE with NO HEART walking on the surface of this earth waiting for the last day of your lifespan.
I am no expert in this field as I have never been in a steady relationship before nor have I successfully been in one too.
Thank you and wishing those who have been hurt badly in love relationships when you have given your all, time will heal all wounds.
To those who are still searching and currently still have no luck yet, the higher up there, if you believe in God, will give you what you one for your never-ending spirit and perservance. Cheers!
