Last Blog Entry For 2008
Went to work as usual this morning. Almost late for work as I was very sleepy and slept in for what I thought was a little while more, which added up to another whopping 40 minutes more man!!!
Luckily for me, I rushed through the preparation of getting ready for work. Phew!! Got to the meeting point to take my company's bus to work. Heng ah!!! How lucky can you get man!
Work was fine today too. Not much stuff to do except for those which needed urgent processing. Finished my work at 4:30pm which was not bad considering that I ended work at almost 6pm on Christmas eve and was thinking and mentally prepared to work till 6pm this evening too. What a pleasant surprise for me in store today man! :-)
Went to Bugis to have steamboat dinner with two of my colleagues, Eric and Zhen Qi. Had a pretty good chat with them and as all good things must come to an end, we left for home at about 10pm.
During the conversation with them during dinner, I realised that it is never good to discuss work with anyone outside the office hours and outside office as it always make me seem like I am so angry and upset about stuff man. It does not do my personal reputation any good.
Time to reconsider thinking and stopping for a moment before I even answer any question that is coming towards my direction.
Wishing that I can get more control over my emotions and my reactions for 2009. Well, as for many people, I am always compared and dare I say it in this blog entry which quite a number of my colleagues already know about this blog existance, there is really a drift in my relationship with many of my colleagues in my current workplace.
Just as I have lived my life for the past 22 years before I went to the workforce for the past 2 years, currently at 24 years of age, I dare to live by my personal slogan again which is, "I can accept you for who you are, be it flaws and stuff, I also hope that you accept me for who I am inclusive of my flaws."
No one is 10/10 in this world man!! Who ever gave you the permission to change me man! I do not live for you and you do not live for me only too. Please stop being childish and trying to change people to suit your own selfish needs and wants and criterias man.
If you want to change people, then be prepared that there will be backlash from the person and the person will demand you change something of you too. There is no one-way street in this world. Everything works both ways, just like in the Physics theory, there is an EQUAL amount of force repelling back at you for every amount of strength you use.
SO WAIT UP YOUR IDEA LAH!!! THE WORLD DOESN'T REVOLVE AROUND YOU SELFISH N FOOLISH MORONS!!
