On Christmas Eve
Went to work as usual yesterday, except that we all dressed down as it was supposed to be HALF DAY. In the morning had gift exchange with a few of my colleagues and I got a very nice present haha... It is a water dispenser with is Penguin-shaped. Very nice man!!
Carried on with our work. Then, as it is my colleague, Joel's birthday today, a few of us shared the cost and gave him a belt and a birthday cake and celebrated with him in the office.
He was very touched LOL and did not expect it at all! Wow!!! That's good haha.... Give a birthday surprise is the best of all man cause it is very nice and touching to make someone else's day, especially when it is approaching their birthday or if the day is their birthday, a special one to remember.
What was supposed to be HALF DAY which meant we could leave at 3pm from the circula ended up that we only could go off at 6pm no thanks to the work man. SHIT!!!
Went to AMK Central and had steamboat buffet with a few of my colleagues and after that, we caught the movie, Ip Man, at AMK Hub. The show is very realistic and very nice to watch too. Just wondering why I do not have the fighting skills of Ip Man LOL. Must be due to my laziness and lack of practice.
After movie, met up with my long-time poly friend who is also like my big brother, Brandon, at the Mac outside AMK Hub and had supper and a long chat with him till the wee hours of the night.
Finally, after burning all my energy and exhausting whatever was left in me for celebrating Christmas, we finally made our way home.
Hopefully next Christmas eve will be even better ya!!
Sorry to Xinyi and gang for not joining you all this year ya cause Elena and me long time never contact and if I go her house to celebrate with you guys at my age, I am just afraid what her parents will be thinking of me.
Sorry ah!! At my age, coming 25 next yr in 2009, alot of things I do and my actions will have a huge impact and people are not going to be as forgiving as when I was your ages ya. PAI SAE PAI SAE hope it does not have any adverse impact on our strong friendship!!! :-P
